We’re currently hiring for all front and back of house positions, including:

  • Register/Cashier Staff

  • Baristas

  • Line/Prep Cooks

  • Bussers & Dishwashers

DT's Blue Ridge Java is a high-volume, fast-paced coffee shop and café that prioritizes quality, consistency, and exceptional hospitality. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and a supportive, team-oriented culture for our staff. Whether it’s a perfect cappuccino, a smooth-running kitchen, or a spotless dining area, we believe in doing the little things right every time.


Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for hard-working, positive, and dependable individuals who are ready to jump in, learn fast, and grow with us as we reopen stronger than ever. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy working with people, we want to meet you!
Qualifications:

  • Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required, we offer training and opportunities for growth

  • Must be comfortable in a high-volume setting and able to stay composed under pressure

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays

Thank you for your interest in working with us. We’re excited to reopen after our rebuilding from the ground up! We are looking for dedicated, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team.

Our hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5pm,

and Saturday 7am - 4pm.

Must be available to work mornings and Saturdays.

Position will begin at the end of July.
