Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging.

• Certain items are non-returnable. These include perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

Return Process

• Contact us via email at dtsblueridgejavanc@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, a brief description of the reason for your return, and any supporting information (e.g., photos).

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

• Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• We may request photos of the damaged item and its packaging to assist with the claims process.

Lost or Stolen Items

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been shipped. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance to protect your order.

• If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
